I canceled my contract with nashua mobile 3 months ago and was advise i need to pay R 800 as a cancellation fee, which was 100 %. We paid the amount on same day and was advise it will be canceled. Up to date i have been billed each month for different amounts, but the phone is not is use. i have requested more then once to be rectified and be credit the amounts deducted of my account. If this issue is not resolved this week i will take further action.
