MTN Refuse to let me increase my contract

I am a loyal MTN Customer with 5 contracts. All these contracts run off debit orders, therefore I am one of the best paying customers. On my main contract which is my personal cellphone number, I took a TopUp option, which means after a certain amount the contract stops, or the funds and then prepaid airtime would apply. I have requested that they lift the TopUp, because every month I find myself to buy Prepaid airtime which is silly and rediculous. This option would be to their benefit as they would be making more money off me, which won't be a risk either as I have not defaulted on my payment and I sure have enough income to always pay. No they say that this can't be done. I refuse to accept this, because it's really easy, YOU JUST OPEN MY ACCOUNT TO RUN WITHOUT LIMITS. Why do I have to suffer now??? I am a business man and now I have to buy prepaid like a child???
