Efficient assistance-Internet connection (3G)

I called vodacom center 0821930, then WAS transfered to (082155) where I selected (1) for assistance with Internet connection on my new phone-Samsung S5301.This was on 06/02/2014 at approximately 11:20am. I spoke to a gentleman called Lauren/Laurel (Am sure you can check on your system). The call was from my mobile number 06061328.I received an impeccable and outstanding assistance from him, as I he had me put phone on speaker and I had to load information like wap address, APN data etc to ensure I get proper internet service from Vodacom4me. He was patient and directed me to different locations, ensuring that I captured the right information. This man deserves a Bells!!! My internet is working very well now without glitches. I wish I could thank him personally, Vodacom has an efficient employee in him. I made the mistake of grading him incorrectly after my call with him was done. I meant to give him a 10, but what went through was the 1 only. I hope he will get my apology and my sincere gratitude. Thank you Lauren!
