We have a data contract with vodacom. We suddenly lost internet connection so we got in contact with their call center and they told us that the sim card was damaged. So I went to the hout bay vodashop and I replaced the sim card. We haven't got internet connection since November the 15th 2013. I called their call center on Friday night, but still no help. Please help cos we are paying for Internet service, but receive nothing.
