Worst service in every aspect

Why cant anything be done correctly at vodacom.
have taken out a contract 3 months ago..and endless issues from the beginning.
with wrong device, wrong sim, no connection, incorrectly billed, bad attitude, non existing customer care.
seems like there isnt 1 aspect vodacom can get right.

now after a month or so, after thinking all problems are solved.
i now get incorrectly billed again.
this time they say some1 used my phone to transfer airtime, yet it has never been done from my phone..but they billing me... when asked for proof... they say only i will know abt it.
logged a call 2 weeks ago... still waiting... their call center never responds..& I MEAN NEVER
they say 48hrs feedback... GUESS AGAIN!!! req no. S3-SHV3R-RQ2B6
and this is just my phone.
with my data line... was working fine for 2 months or so.
no my connection keeps dropping... and it isnt a problem with a device.
if u need constant internet feed... 3G wifi with vodacom isnt going to work.
want to get rid of this contract as i cant use the internet if connection is keep dropping all the time.

honestly the worst service provider EVER!!
never again will i take out a vodacom contract.
