On wednesday I called the 08217844, I spoke to an agent Nanhla who took me through the whole process, banking details, the works. I got an sms to say the application is pending Referal number 15262947. Nanhla told me that she would get back to me before the end of the day. That obviously didn't happen. I called in yesterday and was told that I must be patient as they are busy investigating my application (not sure what that means) - but they would get back to me before 4. That didn't happen either. I called this morning, I was told that Nanhla didn't complete my application and she needs to call me back - when I asked why couldn't he (I never got the name) - he said because its not his application, but she would call me back lol. I called again, spoke to Billy who told me he was going to transfer to Nanhla who then cut me off as suddenly I was doing a survey. I called again and spoke to Cheryl who told me that all the team leaders and the managers are in a meeting (sure, sure) but why didn't I send in my documenation. Now I was confused as I was never asked for any. Clearly vodcom has enough customers and they dont need anymore. PATHETIC
