He don't deserve to be working

I called for a small loan, and spoken to Kevin brown who was flippen rude i send my details and called him back he didn't even give me a chance to speak, so i stopped him and told him to cancel that application and i will deal with another consultant, so i e-mailed all my detail throught again as requested.
again i called in and spoke to Kevin yet again who have advised me that this application can not be processed, i asked to speak to a manager and was told be him i cannot...
is anyone will to assist me there please.
