Terrible service

Can somebody please help me open an Edgars account!
I called the call centre for more information on how to open an account, I was told I can apply online. I asked for the website address and was kept on hold for over ten minutes for the address. I decided to call the Legit store in Braamfontein to get information on how to apply. I spoke to someone who told me I need to bring my I'd and payslip to apply. I didn't have my Id book with me yesterday so I went to the store today with my payslip and Id. When I got to the store I was told I don't need those documents and I was given a form to fill in! I filled the form and a call was made to process my application. The first call was ended because Sbongile (who was helping me at the Legit store) hadn't explained the terms and conditions to me so we couldn't carry on with the application. Sbongile then explained the protection plan, told me I need to join the jet club. She then called again to process the application, spoke to Albertina who was beyond rude! Rude as she was, I spoke to until she made a rude comment and hung up the phone. I am beyond annoyed at this level of service and I still don't know the outcome of my application
