Unacceptable Service

On Monday at 12:30 I went to MTN direct in Boulders Midrand to apply for 2 contract phones. I was assisted by Brenner, told him I wanted to iphone 5c (a pink and a blue one). I specifically mentioned the colours and asked if he had stock, he told me that they did have stock. Tuesday at 11:08 I called (083 869 6773) and spoke to a lady who told me that Brenner was on training and she couldn't check for me as they were offline. I called again at 16:31 they tried checking for me and then came back and told me that Brenner would have to call me as the system wouldn't allow them to check. Wednesday I called again and spoke to Brenner, he told me he'd give me a call at 15:00 as the application was still processing. At 16:22 I called again and he told me the application was still processing. Today at 09:28 (four days later) Brenner called me (with this number 083 200 1765) and told me my application was successful. I asked for the SECOND time if he had the colours I wanted and he said he would check and call back. He called back at 10:45 and told me he doesn't have stock of the pink and blue apple iphone 5c's. This is logged on behalf of Zandile Mema my wife.
