Itemised Billing Statement

Utterly Disgusted: I received a call from Veronica and she appologised and was helpfull regarding the matter. She advised me to re-fax the documents to a different number, I then faxed after 2 days later. I have since waited for response from MTN and no one has contacted me ever since.

Please can someone attend to the matter as the documents we are waiting for have to be submited to Standard bank as my fiance's debit card was swallowed by the ATM and someone withdrew money on her account. so we need this sorted as Standard Bank needs the calls made on that day to have the matter sorted.

I wish this is a last time i write something bad about you guys. I have been using MTN since i started having a cellphone. Please dont make me change my mind about you guys. You have been the best up till now. Please show me why i luv you guys so much.
