NEOTEL SEND BILL BUT NO ROUTER? WHERE DO THEY GET

Dear Neotel,

I was your client for 7 years spent lots of money with you and never ever missed one payment, some months I spent almost R4000 on extra bandwidth.

In November my router became faulty same router I had for 7 years. I called Neotel support we tried to solve the problem and then after a couple of weeks struggling with the help of support Noetel said take it to retail store. I went to the retail store in Dec and they didnt have stock of an router I had to wait 10 days. I couldnt I am busy doing an online certification and by now I have lost 2 weeks already cant wait 10 days for new router. I cancelled my service and signed up with Telkom. Noetel insist on billing. First they claimed I used extra internet over my data cap when I didnt have a working router when I ask them for proof they quickly fixed it. And send me a new invoice. I took thois matter up with them it was not my faukt I oudnt use their service and they still insist on billing me for December and January, so even If I wanted to know how could I use a service they were unable to supply a router but INSIST on billing me for another two months! I think some of this is illegal and I wonder where can I report to
