Itemised Billing Statement

My Name is Dennis Sibanyoni and My fiance's name is Kensani Maluleka. Recently in December 2013 her card was swallowed by the ATM and we were told by Standard bank to do an Itemised Billing statement. We called MTN as our service provider and we were assisted with the documents to send the request. We filled in the documents then faxed them to MTN attention Mr. or Mrs. Sono.

I have been calling MTN and being taken from pillar to post and no one seems to know how to assist me, or do you guys give first preference to contact subscribers and the rest shall suffer. This is unacceptable and makes me feel less appreciated by my beloved service provider.

This is a huge inconvenience as we need the statement to claim the money that was withdrawn from my fiances account. I f you guys care you will react to this message with immediate effect as the matter is highly urgent.
