Excessive billing amount R106799.69

On 4 March I logged a complaint of High Billing for an amount of R50890.96 and requested an investigation. Ref REQ 1948730 refers. I then logged another request for Detailed itemised billing for the months January, February, and March - REQ 1979858 refers. On 10 April was advised by mail that the matter was being investigated. On 29 April i personally went to Absa Square MTN office in Nelspruit and spoke with the manager requesting an investigation and itemised billing to try and sort out the problem, I also advised her I had stopped payment till this was sorted. She advised that in 3 days i would have the documentation - still nothing. I since have been billed for an amount of R106799.69 which i stopped again.
In the meantime I'm receiving Sm's's stating legal action will be taken if i don't pay. I then re logged a complaint REQ 2140411 stating that I need this matter sorted an if I don't I will have no choice but to report the matter. I again received confirmation stating I would be contacted shortly.
I have been a loyal customer since 1980 but intent to change suppliers as soon as this is sorted. MTN is UNPROFESSIONAL with a DONT care Attitude.
