My account was debited twice last towards payment for my credit card. i called the african bank call center to try and get this sorted out and even went to their branches. i finally spoke with 2 ladies at the card division to asked me to send through my bank statement and id copy to have the matter sorted out within 48 hours. i did so. a day later (today) i receive an email from them asking me to submit a bank statement with a stamp on. now i do not have time to run around and stand in queues waiting for a bank statement. i attend classes the whole day and have a fulltime job as well. i have probably already spent more than that R425 that they deducted just on phone calls and petrol going back and forth for something that isnt my fault. i have kept a good record with this institution and i get this fiasco as a thank you and on top of that they have taken me off budget by deducting twice from my account. i want this matter sorted out because i am tired of running around!!!
