I took a contract out November 2012 to which I have been paying an over induced fee of R60 ran every month from my previous blackberry contract (BIS). Which was still being billed to this day! MTN didn't compensate by letting me know this fee was being paid which was irrelevant to my new contract that I have taken with my (Samsung) most recent contract.

I went to MTN last weekend querieng this after my son had noticed this fee which was being paid. The gentleman in which was working there reported to me, that I could only claim my money for the last 6 months! This is totally unacceptable. This means 7*60 = 400 will be lost due to this claim

Im happy Overall with MTN but since this poor quality of service this is unacceptable.
