They could be millions monthly!!

I changed my cellphone contract in September 2012 from a Anytime with a Blackberry to a Smart contract with an iPhone. This involved getting a completely new sim card (which I had to pay for) which cannot be inserted into a Blackberry at all. I was obviously paying for BES on my previous contract but cannot use it at all with an iPhone (this would appear to be stating the obvious). However Vodacom has been charging me R97.99 every month since changing my contract. I phoned their help line yesterday and was informed that it was my responsibility to ask to have this service cancelled when I changed contract. I find this totally unacceptable as this should be blatantly obvious that this service is redundant and I would not be able to use it even if I wanted to. To date Vodacom has taken R587.94 from me for services not given. My question is how many other people have the same problem? This could amount to hundreds of thousands on a monthly basis!!
