I took out a Neotel WiFi Contract at the Autopage Mitabyte store in Springfield.
I dealt with Vikeshni, who is the Manager of the Autopage department.
This manager does NOT return calls, does NOT follow up and talks.
I was handed the MiFi modem on friday 31-01-2014. I was told that it would be active within 24 hour.
Here I am sending this mail a week later, and NO answers.
When i called the Neotel service centre in the Gateway I was told that the MiFi modem should not have been handed to me, unless it was activated, seems like a process or procedure has not been followed.
I find Autopage Mitabyte to be a Zoo!
Are they expecting me to pay at the end of the month for a service I am not receiving!
utterly disappointed.
