I am so annoyed at the shocking service from Autopage. My phone was handed in for a software error on 24 July, I was told 7 - 21 working days. After a week, I called JHB to follow up, nobody could tell me where my phone was. After another week, numerous calls have been made, I still have not heard anything. Twice I was promised that the service manager would call me, I am still waiting. Numerous e-mails - but never got a reply. This pathetic service, considering my phone is still under guarantee and I had to buy a new phone in the meantime. No correspondence from Autopage - just plenty of empty promises, It is now just short of 4 weeks since I handed my phone in and I am still making calls to the call centre and receiving the same reply... Surely it does not take a month to get a phone from PE to JHB and back??? Very unhappy with service, especially when the phone is only 6 months old... good for nothing guarantee. Charlene Hayidakis
