The height of bad service

Booked in a faulty usb modem to auopage gateway on 14 june. contacted call centre on the 21st and was told that the repair centre did not recieve it. they sent the store an email asking for a waybill number so they can trace the location of my modem. was told i will be called once they get a response from the store. called in again on the 22nd, they still did'nt get a response from the store. gave them more time, called in again on the 27th, the call centre agent put me on hold to contact the store, 15mins later he got back to me quite shocked saying that the guy he spoke to at the store slammed the phone down on him when he questioned him as to why the faulty item was still at the store and not sent in. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AUTOPAGE GATEWAY. THIS IS A CONTRACT MODEM AND MY MEANS OF HAVING ACCESS TO THE INTERNET, I WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED A LOAN MODEM AND WHAT MAKES MATTERS WORSE WAS THAT I WAS TOLD BY THE STORE TAHT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 6WKS TO GET SORTED OUT???
this device sells for R199 prepaid, REPLACE a customer if its hard work to send it to a repair centre. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOPAGE AGAIN, IF I COULD CANCEL THIS CONTRACT I WOULD.
