Neotel device bought not working

I purchased a new Neotel devise @ Altech Autopage 4 days ago. The phone has not been activated at all. This is very inconveniencing and very misleading to consumers in that - I was not told that the Neotel Network is not working. I was told this by the one of the sales rep @ Altech Autopage at Eastgate. I was never told this when they sold the phone to me.

I have decided to never associate myself not nor my business operations with Altech and Neotel Network services.
