After struggling to get a complaint through to Cell-C regarding how often my calls fail, I was informed I needed to contact my provider, Autopage. After my first 4 attempts to register a complaint were cut short DUE TO THE CALL DROPPING I finally got my complaint through, only to be informed I had been charged for every second of my trouble because apparently the minutes included in my contract do not count if I try and get hold of MY provider's customer care centre. To put this in perspective, if I was on a top-up style contract I would not even be able to get through to the customer call centre with my default allocated minutes, I would have to load additional funds on to my phone before I could even speak to someone to sort out any problems I was having! This is completely unacceptable, to the point where I want to cancel both my and my wife's contracts with Autopage as soon as possible. Customer service is a major decider when it comes to who I give my business to, and this can only be classified as customer disservice.
