Late yesterday afternoon, I called in at the branch to purchase some more electric hotwater bottles and was very disappointed to find that the huge amount of stock that was there earlier in the week was all sold out.
Lucky was busy packing the shelves in the relevant aisle and he offered to take my contact details and call me when stock came in later in the new week. I gave my details, but truthfully, expected never to hear a word, as that is my usual experience when shops take down your details.
About 2 hours later, Lucky contacted me to say that he had found a few of the bottles and I could come and collect mine! I was absolutely blown away by his service. Not only did he keep to his word, he was also very friendly and helpful.
