I have two data packages with MTN - one for my PC and one for my ipad. We moved from
Gauteng to the Kuils River area in Cape Town and since we have been here I am lucky if I succeed in sending or opening one email per day or do one banking transaction per day. I logged a complaint and it is now a week since I was told that a coverage coordinator would contact me. In the meantime I am paying for two packages that means nothing because I can't use the internet. Sometimes I struggle for two hours to send one email with an attachment.
