I logged a call (ref 0059054) on 8 November, I had to follow up 12 days later after I was told it takes 10 days. Supposedly Lucky was going to call me for an appointment, I have followed up 3 times sense then and still no call or appointment from Lucky.
Clearly service delivery is not key nor important to MTN with customers that have been with them SEVENTEEN YEARS!
Think this gives me reason to port to another network
