After numerous calls to Telkom's useless, dead-end 10210 line, a very polite lady named Ronel Terblanche answered. She immediately solved my service cancellation problem, due to her ability to do lateral thinking. Previous Telkom staff were unable to help. They either did not answer, were unable to do a simple cancellation and kept on passing the buck. Please appoint more people like Ronel at the Telkom call centers.
