Failure on Vodacom part to follow-thru complaint

Just to let others out there know, Vodacom washes their hands with your face. They do not follow-through and don't care. They are a giant conglomerate after all so who am I, nothing to them.

To date no-one has called me since your last email and my Tablet is now at your repair centre nearly 4 weeks just lying there collecting dust and most probably getting damaged.
