On Thursday morning my husband and I bought airtime of R160 from Vodacom and converted R150 to 1G data bundles, currently on promotion. About 4 hours later that day, we were shocked to discover that there were no data bundles left on the modem.
When we called Vodacom, they told us that unfortunately the airtime did not convert to data bundles. We need answers about this please, as we did not receive any notification that the airtime did not convert. It was not the first time we had converted airtime into bundles, why then was this time different? We feel robbed by Vodacom.
