A while ago I laid a complaint about the bad service I received from Mtn, well nothings changed I now am even more convinced the Mtn Promenade staff don't know how to satisfy a client, for months I had to pay over R400 because of a greedy, commission pushing sales consultant (Mercia), I was told the matter would be resolved but sadly I've clearly been to Mtn was supposed to resolve the matter and credit me back my money I paid more but instead they just changed the package and left me in the loop they now just expect me to conveniently forget about the overcharged fees I had to pay and go on with my life, well that's not how it works I expect to be credited back all those extra charges I had to pay to avoid my account from being in arrears and to avoid this people from suspending my simcards, coz they are very jumpy when it comes to suspending sim cards but when it comes to crediting you money back they just conveniently ignore the matter.
