I have spent hours on the phone to 10210 faults every single week to try resolve a more often not working internet with Telkom, than working. We go through the same nauseating routine of resetting modems & ports, but every week it's the same problem. broken internet service. The last 7 days have been the most painful. I AM PAYING FOR A RUBBISH SERVICE THAT YOU ARE NOT SUPPLYING ME! I consider this! I have spent hours and hours on hold listening to your stupid on hold music, only to be met with a flow chart on the other end doing routine checks! PLEASE FIX MY INTERNET! OR CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!
