Took out a data contract in october. From day one it didnt work!!!
Went to the store to enquire snd inform them I font get signal at home and that I eish to cancel which they said I could but that a technician needs to go out, give them a report and then they would cancel it
Five Months later and R1000 in debit orders AAND STILL NO CANCELLATION!!!
SO BASICALLY IV SPENT A GRAND ON SOMETHING I CANT USE FOR FIVE MONTHS AND EVERYTIME I GET TOLD IN A WEEK IN TWO WEEKS IN A MONTH..WE JUST WSITIBG FOR THIS AND FOR THAT!!!
I DEMAND A REFUND!!!
