I have been trying to get to talk to some one at the call center for over a week now. I tried the 10210 number and all you have is please wait for a consultant to become available. I tried 10217 to no avail. What i picked up is that if you dial 10217 from a cell number it cuts the call after saying it cant process the call but you phone from a landlines it directs you back to the 10210 number. I have numerous faults to report and upgrades for clients and i don't have the time to stand in a line at a telkom shop just to find that your order is canceled or never entered into the system in the first place.
