Could I please get a Telkom Business Customer Manger to call me on our company number 0215774290. After the 3rd call made to 10217 I've been advised to call 10217 for a 4th time to ask to speak to a Manager who can assist, could not understand why they were not able to put me through to a manager there and then? Telkom cancelled some of our lines as per my request but since then (21Jan) we only have one line available for use and should still have 3 lines plus a fax line. Betsie Laubscher is not getting back to me (we're in email contact only) - the lady that confirmed to me the order numbers for cancellation (71259430/71259431). PLEASE CALL ME SO THAT TELKOM CAN RE-INSTATE THE USE OF OUR LINES THAT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR USE SINCE WERE CHARGED FOR IT AND IT IS APPARENTLY ACTIVE?
