Since February I experienced problems with my Telkom line, I reported this problem and it was only instated early April 2013 this year. IT was wiorking for a week when my service was suspended due to Telkom that allocated 2 accounts to my one number and I made a payment on the advice of Telkom to the wrong account number (ADSL).
since then I decided that Telkom is so confused that it would be best to cancel my service. I have tried since April to cancel my account to no avail, either the 10210 call centre number terminate my call or I stay on the line for a long time without being assisted to cancel my line.
This is rediculous to say the least.
This morning I spent 2 hours wasting my time and numerous calls to resolve the matter to absolute no avail!!!
