Illegal Blacklisting

For the past 2 months i have had signal problems and contentiously complained about this service, yet my account has never had an reversal and i had to go make a scene at samsung to find to my shock that my phone has been blacklisted, i have phoned in to have this handset whitelisted and i still have the inconvenience of not having any joy or services, i have call numerous times and was advised that a technician will be dispatch to me, 20 days later and still awaiting this technician, and yet i have paid over a R1000 to this account and lost all my bundles, no one is owing up to this incident and i am very irate at this present time and wish for this package to be cancelled with out any penalty fees as im no longer happy with the service provided, its case upon case logged and yet i keep paying this account for nothing, please assist me in getting this matter resolved as soon as possible as i dont wish to pay a further cent to telkom mobile anymore as this a bridge of contract and they not even compensating me for this matte
