This is being 2 weeks now i have my new contract with 8ta mobile, well i am really pisst out of their behaviour and style of working, well the contract states unlimited bbm but i called up the store, call centre and getting the same always even a technician came to my work and home but still no help or joy cause i cant use the bbm services i used my own cash and bought bundles but still no luck the bbm works when it wanna work i am really sick of their and passing the buck cause the technician said to me my home is a poor signal lol but i told him i had 8ta on blackberry 2years and never had this problems, im really tired of this behaviour, they better cancel the contract or change my package with benefits casue it costed more money than the initial package itself someon should call me urgently they prolonging the case
