Poor Service

I am utterly disappointment with Telkom Mobile service. I went to a Telkom store in Woodlands PTA and complained that I was receiving extremely poor signal at my home in Kyalami. I then lodge a complaint with the case no:6725985. This was done in the last week of September. I had a technician come through to my house on the 7th October. Yes, over a week to get a response. The technician did ascertain that the signal continuously drops and when a speed test was conducted he received less than 1kbps signal when it was available. I was advised that there will be a followup visit to rectify the problem, however it has been ten days and I have not heard back. This is incredible disappointing that telkom mobile treats its customers so poorly. I will make sure that when my contract is over in January 2014, I will not renew my contract with Telkom and rather obtain assistance from telkom mobiles competitors ie Vodacom, MTN, Cell C etc
