CONTRACT UP GRADE

I called in to find out when i was due for a upgrade the man said i could upgrade now so i tell him what i am looking for this is on the phone at customer services we order this he gives me what i want two weeks later i phone to follow up as it has not been delivered to be told that they dont do i tabs over the phone and i have to go to the store so they rev every thing i go to the store at eastgate order the same thing wait a week as they dont have stock week later i call they say it been discontinued so ia have to take another packed with less bundel so they give me a extra gig then i receive my bill the are charging me for two equipment call only to be told my contract was renew 2 month early now i have to pay for the two were i could have waited two months as this was not urgent that i need it called in the person was totally rude wrote a email and still no response then the have the cheek to call and ask if i want more bundles when i am not happy with what i got complain to the person she does not even care were in my line off business if any one complains and its got nothing to do with me i give it to the person concern to follow up
so now i have to put up with them fo
