Shocking Vodacom!!

In Nov 2013 I had a corrupt employee of Vodacom benefit on an iPhone upgrade on my behalf. It took Vodacom 2 months to sort this mess out! NOW... I receive an erroneous bill for R6600! The invoice states "24 month handset". C'mon Vodacom what next??? And now the usual process follows, call after call, email after email, etc, etc. The buck just gets passed on and the circle continues. Everybody promises to get back to you and NOTHING happens!
C'Mon Vodacom, is their nobody within your ranks that can sort out this mess urgently?
I am a very disgruntled customer right now. To top it all my phone is now also blocked!
Please people, this is getting rediculous!
