Unhappy with 8ta EASTGATE service

I got a Lenovo tablet from 8ta and it was over heating within a week. They gave me another tablet but after two months it froze for a week and I could not use it. I took it to 8ta Eastgate on the 25th of January 2014 and I was helped by Webster Mavuso. He booked it in and wrote an email to the manager, Ntebo Nyembe, to assist me because she was not there. Stating that I'm unhappy with the product because I keep on losing my information since its the second time on the same lenovo brand though its a different tablet. I am willing to get a different (brand) tablet given that I have lost hope in the Lenovo product, and even top-up on the contract as option A, if that's not possible I would like to cancel the contract. I wrote an email to the manager Ntebo Nyembe, but she never responded just like she did not respond on the first email. Today, 5 February 2014, I went to the store and the manager was not there again. The customer service was unpleasant. I was finally given this reference number 7604567. Unhappy client.
