Ripping off their customers

I entered into a My Gig 10 contract with Vodacom at end Nov 2013 - 10 Gig Data pm (plus 10 gigs free from midnight to 6 am) for R499.00 pm and another R9.50 pm for an additional sim card on the account. On 2 Jan 2014 a R583.48 debit order went off against my bank account. I phoned Customer Care on 9 Jan and was told it was from a 3rd party service provider I had apparently subscribed for. I have not entered into any contract with anyone or gave anyone permission to charge my Vodacom account (I have a credit card and debit orders from my bank for that purpose) Vodacom offered to refund the R74.98 and I received 3 emails in quick succession advising me I was being " unsubscribed". No refund to date. Big surprise on 4 Feb 2014 Vodacom process 2 debit orders against my account R583.48 and R703.98. Nuraan - Vodacom Customer Care - tells me there is nothing they can do, I cannot talk to a manager or anyone at billings - I have to take it up with WASP- whoever that is. Yet my bank statement shows " Vodacom Sp". I am going to lodge a formal complaint with the NCC. My bank reversed the payments to them. Complaint ref no.328643275. I will cancel this contract if this behavior continue.
