Delay on Finalising Contract

Gave all documents for new contract 7 days ago. Was told that I will be contacted the next day. Was not contacted for 2 days. Went into store to enquire about contract and was told that there is no stock available. was given a deal number and told to come back on 5/02/2014. Went into store today only to be told that contract has not been finalised. Totally frustrated with poor service!
