WOW!! Went to the Mtn Store on Devereaux Avenue about 2 weeks ago to take out the new ipad on contract, after completing the documents I was told it would take 2 days to get the device, and that I would be contacted once the device was there.
3 days later, I had heard nothing so I called the store, was told the device was not there yet. With no explanation. Called again a few days later again told it was not there, again no explanation. I called over a week later, this being the 3rd time i was calling this time, on a wed, I was told there was a delay and that I would get the device on Friday. Come friday no one called me.
I had to go over today, Tuesday over 2 wks after I applied for the contract. Spoke to the manager, who seemed more concern with giving the device to another customer than apologizing.
I cancelled the contract and will take it out somewhere else. The manager of the store is Faith Matyeshana.
I don't know if she manages any other stores in East London, but I would avoid going to that particular store!!!
