I consider myself to be a very patient man, but this is ridiculous. Herewith the history of my complaint:
March 2013 - Contract expired
Nov 2013 - Applied for upgrade to get iPhone 5S (No Stock)
Dec 2013 - Still no stock
17 Jan 2014 - Phoned for update. Was told that there is stock of the device but original application form was not available
18 Jan 2014 - Popped in to store was told that original application form was "lost". Re-applied
20 Jan 2014 - Was told that port from MTN to Cell C was not possible since contract only expires in March 2014. Popped in to store, contract expiry was confirmed as March 2013, signed new application form, form would have been completed and e-mailed to me
21 Jan 2014 - Popped in to store, just in case... form was still not completed. Completed form and was promised (yet again) that it would be expedited as a matter of urgency.
Today - "" and considering terminating my 12 year relationship with Nashua Mobile and going to a different service provider.
Hope you can help, if not, I am going mobile service provider shopping this weekend :)
