As a loyal Nashua mobile customer I approached my Nashua mobile store for a price match on a contract deal as my contract was coming to an end (15 September). I took the necessary information and was told that in 2 or 3 days I will have an answer and that they do not see any problems. Over 2 weeks later, after over 20 calls to the store and call centre and numerous personal visits to the store I am told that they cannot match the deal. Nashua mobiles price promise states "Nashua mobile will match... from ANY retail competitor on a deal..."
There is no mention of any geographic, store specific or other restrictions. So how is that that they do not uphold their own published price PRMOISE? What kind of promise is that? Nashua Mobile has a constructive obligation and therefore legally binding obligation to match the deal in question!!!
If the matter is not resolved urgently it will be not only one additional loyal customer lost, but a damage to the reputation of the brand.
