I intend buying a cell phone for my son and Vodacom is currently running a TV ad for a Blackberry @ R100 pm including BIS. I telephoned the Customer Care Line & Direct Sales and no one knows that I am taking about. How is it that Vodacom advertises a product or special which is not communicated to their staff.
