On monday the 3rd of February I went into the Nedbank Store in Sandton to upgrade one of my contracts. I selected the Nokia Lumia 1020, and was told that it would be ready today the 5th for pickup. I just came from the store empty handed and full of excuses. The story is now that the shipment is delayed until the 12th. I asked the sales person why she told me it would be today, she said the system showed 3 units on Monday. My question is if the system showed 3 units, why was one not allocated to me right away by the system. This is poor service!!! Where is my phone!!!
