I handed my video intercom system in by a company that buy their stock by Regal security. Regal security handed my video camera system in at the supplier of the system. The intercom was installed new and one unit did not work. Both the units was handed in. Regal phoned me and told me the unit are damaged and I need to pay the repairs. I told them I am not happy with the feedback, as this unit is brand new. The unit came back 2 months after I handed them in. The units are full of small dents and scratch marks. I cannot install these units for a customer as they were brand new. The customer will not accept these units and they will also not pay me as the units are damaged. Regal cannot replace them for me as they are discontinued. I want Regal to refund me in full. I cannot complete my installation as there are no intercom.
