Billing incorrect & BBM service issue

Logged call with Cell C Call centre on 19/1/13 (ref: 3011901561) and have sent Cell C the information twice on their website (29/1 & 31/1/13). My contract states my billing should be R159 per month (R122 Straight up 50 contract & R37 BB social plan). Since the start of my contract I have been billed R186 per month. Whilst trying to follow up on my overbilling, my BB social plan has been deactivated completely (thanks to Cell C Cavendish). I spoke to Marubini on the 30th of January who informed me that my social plan would be reactivated and the correct discount would be applied to my account with 24 hours. It is now another week down the line and I am still no closer to getting this sorted out even though the debit order of R186 is still going off my account yet I have no BBM, internet access etc. I don't understand why Cell C are not able to sort this out!!!
