INCORRECT CONTRACT BILLING (Worst Customer Service)

The 2nd week of Jan 13, I decided to go to nashua for a cellphone contract for the first time in my life, and boy do i regret it. Firstly i applied for the galaxy note which was approved, before it was delivered to the branch i requested to change to a S3.
I was told that i have to wait for the Note to be delivered to the branch, thereafter the contract would be cancellled, then i can apply for the S3. After a 4 day wait i finally recieved the S3, and the Note sent back. I called in on the 04/02/13 to enquire about my bill, and when deductions will take effect, spoke to Marilise, was informed they will deduct on the 20/02/13 with the amount R329. On the 04/02/13 i got a statement via email stating that i owe R989.70 for Feb, i called in again and spoke to Lauren, who didnt know if she was coming or going, she could not help. Had to go back to the branch the next day, and now my bill was 3k something. They said its the Note hardware charge etc. how do they charge someone for a phone they dont have. i was patient with them, and after a couple of days they said it was sorted. Today i received a statement, billing amount R659.51, apparently it is for Feb13, call centre can't help.
