They do not reply to e-mails!

I queried a transaction on my credit card with ABSA credit card as I did not recognize the merchant's name. This was logged, via email, on 31/05/13 at 0923. I received a reply via email from ishi Ganpath on 04/06/13 at 1535, saying they will investigate, and that they give the merchant concerned 14 days to respond.By my calculations I should have had a response by the 14th of June, and sent an email on 14/06/13 at 1141. I received a reply from Nishi at 1355 on 15/06/13, saying I will receive feedback on 18/06/13. I have since sent at least 4 emails asking for feedback, but none of them have been replied to. I phoned their call centre, but was told by the operator to send an email asking for feedback!! Getting through to an operator is difficult - you select option 4 for self service or to speak to an operator, then have to enter your card number, which I didn't, as I want to speak to an operator. You finally get transfered after being asked 3 times to enter your number. I have sent an email again this morning - no reply. It has been read as I get a receipt to say it has been read.
